Do not buy farm ground, it's way overpriced. It would be like buying gold. The bubble is going to burst on both of them.
You're wrong on the land. You can't make dirt, so it will continue to go up.

Go back to whining about insurance propaganda...

Prolly want to contact Jerry Fry or Louis (Lewie) Fox. Both have done the farming and real estate thing.

That's low. In fact, very low. I sold mine for lots more than that. But it's a sellers market. Soon it's going to tank, just like the late 70's. If you want to make a bunch on farm ground, now is the time to sell. The buyer will need to hang onto it for 50 years to ever make this kind of money again (if ever).
As usual... there is always some who does it better and knows more than everyone else.

Is the money in your pocket? That 7000 could become 3000 in a few months. My neighbors that bought 3000 ground in 1980 can verify that..........

Nope. It won't ever be either. I believe my fellow Americans like the grain, livestock, and other things that only farmers like myself provide.

It should never be all about the money in our industry.
