what the heck is new to that, been like that for years and years, we just never had Topix to discuss it or Obama to blame for it, and of course it depends on how one defines children these days, my first wife was just 16 and I had just turned 18 when we became parents and that was......well lets just say a long time ago (1970's) and I know of at least 10 other close school age guys and gals who found themselves in the exact same situation during the same time period.

Of course most of us got married back then cause you see that was the respectable thing to do in those days but sadly 99.999% of the time most were divorced in less than 2 years, and as some would have us believe was the beginning of the "fall of the family" but of course the same problems existed even before that but during those days divorce was something to be frowned upon and in so many instances "infidelity" was just the normal daily way to cope with the situation, going back even further through the American 18th ~19th centuries many parents would sell off their daughters for a cow and some good bottom ground as in the old "dowry system" where of course the young lady had very little say in the matter for better or worse and many times the girl was 14-16 years of age, but of course even before that during the so-called "puritan" age they would simply hang many young girls~women for getting pregnant out of wedlock (only after the birth of the child of course) for those ungodly "devil spells" they supposedly cast on all those older gents who were simply forced against their will to engage with those young women. I know I'm way off topic here but then again aren't we all?

Parents need to talk to their kids about sex not leave it up to the schools because they are obviously not doing a good job.
Kids need to know they can come to their parents and talk about these issues without getting into trouble from them. Moms and dads need to be open to putting their daughters on birth control BECAUSE BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY WILL AND ARE GOING TO HAVE SEX NO MATTER WHAT U TELL THEM. Give your sons condoms and tell them to use them!!!!

Wrap it before you tap it kids and don't let teachers touch your naughty spots.
