Can topix clear up this question...... The queen of hearts raffle going on at the VFW has an estimated pot of $51,000 for tomorrow's drawing. If someone was lucky enough to be pulled and lucky enough to flip the Queen of Hearts will they win $51,000 or half of $51,000 being $25,500.00? Please let the topix world know the truth! Thank you
