By rough mileage calculations using Google maps, New Lenox has issued about twice as many tickets as Frankfort, but only has half the lineal mileage along Route 30.

Ok. How many warnings were issued in Frankfort and New Lenox? Stop playing spin doctor with your info. I bet those IDOT contracted workers appreciate the extra patrol.

Yesterday...I drove Rt 30 from Harlem Ave past Walmart....I counted 13 guys and 5 pieces of equipment working.....So the answer is ........not soon.......I have been working in construction for 22 years.....And I have never seen such an understaffed project in all those years....There are tons of experienced heavy equipment operators out of work that could movr this job along......Originally this project was scheduled to be completed by the end of summer ......it has now been pushed to the end of the year.....WE WILL SEE......DOUBTFULL.....

Shouldn't your eyes have been on the road instead of counting workers? That 35 m.p.h. limit is to keep clowns like YOU focused on the road.

You're probably one of those horse's asses who rides my bumper every time I'm on US 30 and going 33-35 m.p.h. If you nail me because you're counting on your fingers, you'll pay dearly: my son is a persoanl damage attorney.

That was me behind you old coot. All I could see was knuckles on the steering wheel of your 1992 Buick Century. I don't know how you could see over the dashboard. You were only going 10 mph and had your left turn signal on from Schoolhouse to Nelson.

Good for the police. I hope they keep up the good work. They also need to nail all the kids on the way to school with the cell phones plastered to their ears. Those laws are in place for a reason.

Eat your heart out, sucker. You'll be visiting him someday when your sorry a** is in a sling.

He might only cost you $250 for an hour's worth of advice that you could have avoided if you kept your distance from the ass-end of his father's car.
