Condition of Downtown Historic Frankfort

Has anyone noticed the level of disrepair that the building along Old Frankfort Way has fallen into? This is the building that houses condos on the second floor and businesses like La Dolce Vita and the Martini Bar on the first. All of the wood along the front of the building is rotting and falling off. I believe it's owned by a bank due to Bruti Builders filing bankruptcy? If my home looked like this, Frankfort officials would be knocking on my door! And, oh by the way, I would never allow my home to look this way!!! Where are our tax dollars going in Frankfort? Where's the Mayor when you need him?
