Good Grief!!!

On the stand Wednesday, Leavitt said Floyd repeatedly referred to the Kenney shooting.

"He said he had proven he could kill once when he killed Liko Kenney and was prepared to do it a second time if his rights were denied," Leavitt said.

Leavitt said that while in the cruiser Tuesday, Floyd told him and a deputy that he had friends in the South "and if we went down there, his friends would take care of us."

Leavitt said later that Floyd has told him more than once that if he saw a police officer lying in the road again, "he'd be the first to run over him."

Yes and the Franconia Select Board has been repeatedly warned about the Town's association with this man, yet refuses to acknowlege this problem. Board Chairman Rich McLeod even defends him to this day.

On April 16, 2008 in Littleton District Court at the arraignment/bail hearing for Gregory W. Floyd the Judge asked Mr. Floyd if he had anything to say. Mr. Floyd replied that during the discovery phase of the AJ Boisvert matter it became known , Norman Maurice Boisvert (of Easton), the husband of Alma Jean Boisvert, the son of Ex-Hookset Chief Maurice Boisvert (deceased) had been previously convicted of RSA-632-A2,(Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault). Mr. Floyd had said that he did not know if Mr. Boisvert was required to register under the terms of his guilty verdict, but, he and his family, as neighbors/abutters, had never been informed that Mr. Boisvert is a sexual predator. It is believed that Mr. Boisvertís conviction is prior to his moving back to Easton from somewhere in more southern NH. Mr. Floyd continued, stating that Alma Jean and Norman Boisvert own a business in the town of Lincoln, which is less than 500 yards from an elementary school and even closer to a day-care center. That business is listed in Dunn and Bradstreet.

Mr. Floyd stated that the discovery information provided by the prosecutor and the D.O.S. showed that (NOW CONVENIENTLY RETIRED) Detective Sgt. Brett Beausoliel knows that Mr. Boisvert is a sexual predator. Mr. Floyd stated that Brett Beausoliel had not, to his knowledge, ever made any attempt to warn neighbors or the Floyds, nor had the then active duty Beausoliel pressed for Mr. Boisvert to register as a sexual predator.

It has been stated many times that Mr. Floyd had issues with Mr. Boisvert trespassing on his property. The Floyds and others had seen Norman M. Boisvert with firearms a number of times, as a Felon in the State of NH.

Mr. Floyd further stated that Brett Beausoliel and other members of the D.O.S and other local law enforcement had refused to take any criminal complaints that the Floyds had tried to press over the years, leaving them in fear for their lives for a very long time.

The Floyd family had told Judge Cyr on April 16, 2008 that their son had called 911 because of Alma Jean Boisvertís threatening the Floyds and consistently mentioning guns. Mr. Floyd claims he had no weapons, made no threats; that only Alma Jean Boisvert had a gun. Police did not respond to the 911 call from the disabled couple for over 38 hours. When police did arrive, Det. Sgt. Brett Beausoliel was there, off duty. It was one many times the Det. Sgt. Appeared on their posted private property while off duty in street clothes while carrying a gun, sometimes with his own car. One of the most recent visits was on Palm Sunday, when Beausoleil showed up on their property, armed, and yelling for Mr. Floyd. If these allegations are true, the now retired DOS Det. Sgt. Beausoliel (who had previously falsely arrested Mr. Floyd twice), Det. Sgt. Beausoleil could very well be guilty of Armed Criminal Trespass, a felony.

Mr. Floyd had mentioned to the Judge on Wednesday that he and his family had received numerous death threats, often heard gun-fire, and at each instance of calling the DOS, they were ignored. The Floydís have lived in fear since trying to save the life of Cpl. Bruce McKay in May of 2007. Mr. Floyd and his family have not made statements to the media despite many organizations requesting interviews. Mr. Floyd has been known to say that no one should be profiting off the death of another.

Would curses kill, as doth the mandrake's groan, I would invent as bitter searching terms, as curst, as harsh, and horrible to hear, Deliver'd strongly through my fixed teeth, With full as many signs of deadly hate.

Thou mad misleader of thy brain-sick son! DTRT How lonely a corner you have painted the floyds into with yourself. rascal people, thirsting after prey. Be thou a prey. I to make thee mad do mock thee thus. Where will you find a cave dark enough to mask your monstrous defense-- down, down to hell.

May Liko have you in his sights and crosshairs.

Floyd can thank you for Doing the Right Thing.

Would this be the same parent who allegedly allowed his son to go to a cybercafe and view pornographic material, while he sat in their vehicle in the parking lot. It was also alleged that when the manager of the cafe brought the fact to Mr. Floyd's attention he threatened the manager.
I believe knowingly allowing permitting a minor child to view pornography is a felony in the state of New Hampshire. Gregory P. Floyd was definitely a minor when the incident was alleged to have occured.
