Sherman, late of WBZ-TV , who broke into the book biz in 2003 with "A Rose for Mary: The Hunt for the Real Boston Strangler," has sold the film rights to his true-crime thriller, "Bad Blood," to Waltham's Moody Street Pictures .

"Blood Money" on the hands of the author Casey Sherman just as I stated before the book was ever published. A world class author who refers to Cpl. N. Bruce McKay who was brutally murdered as a "knucklehead". That is so commendable coming from a family man with young daughters, himself. Sherman's the same kind of dirt bag as the guy he's in bed with. He's lowered himself down to the minor league with the other interloper huckster who's a suspended attorney and a law enforcement hater.

I note that over at Kingcast studios, the Carniverous PussyCat of Civil Rights is pondering what role his character will play in the movie. Who will they cast in the role? Jaleel White, aka Steve Urkel, circa 2010 looks like he has a neck that is a little less geeky / a little more developed than 15 1/2". Maybe Jude Law, or Montel Williams.

Judging from the paucity of comments over at Kingcast, TMZ and Poeple have not caught up with his Jiminy Cricket lookin' mug. Reportin' on reports from report from newspapers, like a consolidator, without the links.

Old feller thinks he can walk into Boston and know something. Acts like he does. And that is the funny part. He started to believe his own press, and took a public (which he made more public, like a sorry arse loser looking for sympathy) bee-otch slapping from DA Dan.

But we all can feel good about his becoming anti-car, living in Boston, he does not need one. Evolving with his lack of capacity to buy something foreign and provide insurance for it, un-garaged in the arse end of SoBo. How egalitarian. Al Gore is taking note.

as an 'outsider', but interested observer, i have been personally reflecting back on the story of Bruce McKay / Liko Kenney / Greg Floyd as the 3 year anniversary mark approaches of the story that culminated in the tragedy of 5/11/07. i've reread the shorter summary report with fresh eyes this morning, having temporarily misplaced the printed copy of the lengthier investigative report.

it's a quick read. p. 38 forward (III. Legal Analysis) sufficiently explains the reasoning and position of the State of New Hampshire for rendering a legal decision to absolve Greg Floyd of his actions.

you know, Chris, had your intentions been 'pure', that is, if you hadn't been motivated by a personal agenda against Kelly Ayotte, there might have been a small chance to have made a positive contribution in the aftermath of a tragic and moral dilemma...and to mend rather than further divide.

had you conducted yourself with some consistent measure of professional demeanor you might have been more successful in contributing to resolving differences of opinion specific to the 'facts' and evidence to which you and others questioned. instead, you chose to specifically target individuals and their careers in government with the full intention of tarnishing and/or destroying their reputations. their collective and reasoned responses have been to ignore you, and interact with you only when absolutely necessary.
you might have made a difference in a good way...with true representation for people who desired change in local and state government had you considered a more rational approach.

attempting to untangle the chain of events and the human behaviors that influenced 5/11 are challenging under the best of circumstances. had you set out to make a positive difference by advancing a cause on behalf of opposing parties, rather than having a need to advance your own visibility, there might have been a useful conversation taking place, both then and now.

remember, the focus should have been on the families and individuals directly affected by the deaths and their personal losses, and especially in preventing future losses. instead, you have cruelly misrepresented some of the innocent victims, such as the elder Bruce McKay, Courtney McKay and Sharon Davis-McKay. by standards of morals and decency, you have abused your "right" to free speech. using free speech constructively would have been to debate the issues, not to inflict more pain on the grieving.

IMHO, your unholy interference and presence in communities that are not your own served only to cheat citizens of uniting and missing their best window of opportunity for coming together. perhaps they have done so, but more privately.
for these reasons, i believe you have participated in severing the path toward reconciliation and healing by your words and actions. the best possible and most natural course of action between disagreeing factions would have been to encourage conversation and promote healing during the immediate aftermath and during the years that have followed. neighbors and friends owned the conversation; it was not yours to redirect. some may say you walk with the devil, and others may say you fly with the angels; it's a matter of personal opinion if, indeed, you matter at all. to this end, i hope this scenario is not repeated in places where you may see a similar opportunity in the future.

and now, a 'movie' to profit on the backs of these communities.

the staying power comes from landing on the floor after falling backward out of a chair somewhere in OH, and the subsequent refusal to comply with an order to get back up.
having one's license to practice law yanked (suspended) is quite a predicament. the remaining option is to make lemonade out of lemons, and to serve it up at little freestanding kiosks that are increasingly popping up around new england.

His was the only comment that cut against my points. Obviously the packet I sent with Ms. Marinova over to her lawyers was good enough for them to take the case, so who give a crap what you or that other idiot (an engineer for Defendant Channel 7, BTW) think?
