Judged: 3 2 1 Old feller thinks he can walk into Boston and know something. Acts like he does. And that is the funny part. He started to believe his own press, and took a public (which he made more public, like a sorry arse loser looking for sympathy) bee-otch slapping from DA Dan. But we all can feel good about his becoming anti-car, living in Boston, he does not need one. Evolving with his lack of capacity to buy something foreign and provide insurance for it, un-garaged in the arse end of SoBo. How egalitarian. Al Gore is taking note. The story is evolving folks. How far off is Huey Newton wannabe? |

Judged: 2 2 2 http://doj.nh.gov/publications/nreleases/pdf/... it's a quick read. p. 38 forward (III. Legal Analysis) sufficiently explains the reasoning and position of the State of New Hampshire for rendering a legal decision to absolve Greg Floyd of his actions. you know, Chris, had your intentions been 'pure', that is, if you hadn't been motivated by a personal agenda against Kelly Ayotte, there might have been a small chance to have made a positive contribution in the aftermath of a tragic and moral dilemma...and to mend rather than further divide. had you conducted yourself with some consistent measure of professional demeanor you might have been more successful in contributing to resolving differences of opinion specific to the 'facts' and evidence to which you and others questioned. instead, you chose to specifically target individuals and their careers in government with the full intention of tarnishing and/or destroying their reputations. their collective and reasoned responses have been to ignore you, and interact with you only when absolutely necessary. you might have made a difference in a good way...with true representation for people who desired change in local and state government had you considered a more rational approach. attempting to untangle the chain of events and the human behaviors that influenced 5/11 are challenging under the best of circumstances. had you set out to make a positive difference by advancing a cause on behalf of opposing parties, rather than having a need to advance your own visibility, there might have been a useful conversation taking place, both then and now. remember, the focus should have been on the families and individuals directly affected by the deaths and their personal losses, and especially in preventing future losses. instead, you have cruelly misrepresented some of the innocent victims, such as the elder Bruce McKay, Courtney McKay and Sharon Davis-McKay. by standards of morals and decency, you have abused your "right" to free speech. using free speech constructively would have been to debate the issues, not to inflict more pain on the grieving. IMHO, your unholy interference and presence in communities that are not your own served only to cheat citizens of uniting and missing their best window of opportunity for coming together. perhaps they have done so, but more privately. for these reasons, i believe you have participated in severing the path toward reconciliation and healing by your words and actions. the best possible and most natural course of action between disagreeing factions would have been to encourage conversation and promote healing during the immediate aftermath and during the years that have followed. neighbors and friends owned the conversation; it was not yours to redirect. some may say you walk with the devil, and others may say you fly with the angels; it's a matter of personal opinion if, indeed, you matter at all. to this end, i hope this scenario is not repeated in places where you may see a similar opportunity in the future. and now, a 'movie' to profit on the backs of these communities. |

Bravo!!! Very well said Snowy.
Hopefully the turd stirring has ended and the Franconia and surrounding areas can start to feel at peace once again. Healing has been long overdo. |

Judged: 2 2 2 In case you were wondering, Madame X who tried to cash the still uncashed check (that is the catch - no one will cash this check) is no longer his Sugar Momma. Damn, they seemed to have such potential. It sure to be a long hot summer beneath the spans of 93, but the second and third generation Poles and Lithuanian's will hell plenty of fire water, and the ocassional bud run to the North Country should make it a Potlach of Nonsense. I can already hear to lies. Sweet. |

Folks, fresh from last month, if you want to revisit the serial bloggers invading a topic and making it his own, and pissing everyone off who can not simply ignore him, go here:
http://www.beatthepress.org/episode/segment/9... Its quality: Here is a sample:'Thanks Christopher, but if you can not articulate you point here [Editor's note: up to responding with links to his blog again] I'm certainly not going elsewhere to read them. And punctuating your diatribe with "duh" and saying that you're not "effin around" [Editor's note: pounding his pigeon chest] but are here to "kick ass and take names" [Editor's note: striking that John Shaft pose with his hands on his hips in front of his used SAAB] does nothing to endear yourself to anbody [Editor's note: This poor responder thinks that the Chickenhawk is self-aware] And your use of "dude" was just silly and over the top.'[Editor's note: The responder is likely not aware that these were the words of a 45 year old_assumes way too much maturity]. |

great find.
the staying power comes from landing on the floor after falling backward out of a chair somewhere in OH, and the subsequent refusal to comply with an order to get back up. having one's license to practice law yanked (suspended) is quite a predicament. the remaining option is to make lemonade out of lemons, and to serve it up at little freestanding kiosks that are increasingly popping up around new england. the story is as old as snake oil peddling. just substitute the manipulation of first amendment rights for the snake oil |

here is another paragraph for critique in your inimitable style, QM. it is quoted from two blogs, both authored by the self-proclaimed champion, and gives some insight into the drive and energy that may cause him to force himself on franconia nearly every day for 3 years now. **Sooo..... Davey Kenney and I just approved the working title of our production, an Ode to Bowfinger! Images and a short KingCast trailer coming soon. As I said three (3) years ago, only I have the inside footage of certain things and certain people want me to help them put their voices forward, so, hey, that's what I'm going to do. True enough, anyone can make a documentary and I look forward to the Bad Blood production as it is overall a Wonderful Thing, but only I can make the movie that we're about to make up here in North Country, and everyone knows it. I make movies about Franconia..... from Franconia.** |

This Ode to Bowfinger sounds like the kind of really good ideas that are come upon only in a THC-induced fog. And in the recounting, it sounds truly like a Pipe Dream. |

And another thing, don't be fooled by the multi-cutural sophisticated urban vibe, talking about Polish beer from a Polish neighbor on Boston Street. Anybody who was there twenty years ago got out, or kept drinking. Sure, we hold out the best for our neighbors in the end, but this whole neighbor thing, acting like it is a noble unique vibe being brought, jeepers, Southie folk don't like their neighbors. Dummy, But given the huge personal and greatness in general, sure to fit in here, just like he has ....?

Judged: 1 His was the only comment that cut against my points. Obviously the packet I sent with Ms. Marinova over to her lawyers was good enough for them to take the case, so who give a crap what you or that other idiot (an engineer for Defendant Channel 7, BTW) think? You just stick around and watch the lawsuit, tool. I'm sure you will. -The KingCaster. |
