Indian women living on tribal lands have a God given right to be protected from dangerous two legged predators. If law enforcement is not going to protect them, and enforce the law, and they haven't so far, Indian women need to start carrying weapons. Guns would do nicely I think.

In view of this report which indicates that rapists and sexual predators seem to feel that they can prey on Indian women with impunity, Indian Tribal governments should consider conducting courses in gun use and safety, licensing and providing small arms for Indian women to carry, at Tribal expense.
If Tribal leaders have been as desparate at they say in trying to stop these sexual assaults, and what they've tried hasn't worked, then perhaps it's time to try something that will.
All States allow for the use of lethal force in felonious attacks, such as rape, if there is a reasonable expectation that the attack is a life threatening situation.

Are any of us truly free these days? I wonder what it must have been like for the Indians who lived here long before it was populated by whites, and other races. When there was only wide open spaces as far as the eye could see, with no fences or super highways, and everything else that seems to choke the life out of us.

Times have changed and we can't go back in time. Still, each and every one of us longs for the freedom that Indians must have experienced before "civilization", if you can call it that.

How civilized are we when someone decides there
has to be a new law passed every week to set new limits and bounderies on people's lives?
But I like what this Native American says and I think you will too.

Daily Horoscope for December 7

Capricorn

The detail-oriented Moon in Virgo is extremely supportive and helpful, so it feels good to know that you can count on some support. You may know just where the help is coming from, but with communicative Mercury all over transformative Pluto in your sign, maybe you're being looked after by your very own guardian angel. Don't let this encourage you to take foolish risks or overstep the mark.
