Furnishing to minors is all?
I don't condone illegal immigrants, BUT. He's as responsible for that man's death as those boys are.
Another Schuylkill County blunder.

Well, of course he's responsible. If the beating hadn't happened and the teens had been driving drunk and killed someone, he'd be equally responsible. And the way I'm understanding this article, he's also up for assault charges? A real winner, huh? And before anyone comes on here saying "he's just a kid who's made some mistakes," he is NOT a kid - he's a grown man who should know better. He shouldn't have been given probation.

It's time to wake up and get tough on those that supply alcohol to minors. There is something really wrong with the law when you receive probation ONLY for supplying alcohol to a minor, which possibly contributes to his death or another's. Anyone that feels alcohol was NOT a contributing factor here, needs to get their head examined. I am sure this judge could have drummed up some other charges like corrupting the morals of a minor, ANYTHING. If you know that you will only get probation for supplying alcohol to minors, you may be more likely to continue to do so. I truly believe that this guy would still be alive if alcohol was NOT a factor.

Remember the judges names in these cases. If you don't agree with their lean sentances, don't vote for them again. Too many liberals!!!

Illegal immigrant? Isn't that a contradictory statement?

An immigrant is here LEGALLY. If they are illegal, then they are an ILLEGAL ALIEN. All this politically correct crap is just sickening...

Trust me, if you've been to Schuylkill County, you know those teens would've beat up that guy whether they were sober or drunk.

This was a hard one to comprehend...I bet if the teens had killed somebody "important" it would have been a little different....And if there was a car accident after the drinking involving kids drinking, thanks to this man, and someone died...then what?

Just goes to show how corrupt our legal system is. Probation when he was also responsible for a death. About time the legal system gets it's head on straight.

I think we need to revert to capitol punishment. An eye for an eye.... if you take a life, or play part in taking a life.. you should lose yours too. I think the family of the victims should get first crack at taking the killers life if they so choose...

I hope this young man can learn from this and not screw up again! He was given a get out of jail free card thats for sure. If the military takes him then hopefully they'll straighten him.

I feel strongly that furnishing alcohol to minors should be a stiffer penalty. Like that lady in Easton who bought 7 cases of beer for her nieghbor who had a party that ended with 2 kids dead in a crash.

**If drug dealers get jail time for selling drugs to someone who OD's then so should something like this.

or the woman from the Slate Belt that allowed her girls to have a party, furnished the house and beer, and 3 kids died and 1 was critical after an accident when they ran from police...she spent maybe a year in jail.

Yep, no Cancun or Puerto Vallarta for Schuylkillians. Kids are direct descendants of their parent(s)including prejudice, "religion" and intelligence. Looking good, kids. Looking like some legal expenses instead of a college loan. Problem here is, these "legal" aliens will be kept at our expense then discharged from state prison to be totally worthless for how long? Flight from Schuylkill of your best and brightest youth? Why not when they "would've beat up that guy whether they were sober or drunk". Because he was, of course, of a lower class than our murderers.
