Why anyone would believe Kathleen McDumpy on any issue anymore is beyond me. She has no integrity left at all. Ms McGinty er McDumpy wants your children to eat food grown in processed human feces, tells us that dredge which contains 100s of contaminants "is beneficial", that unlined pits filled with flyash is safe and on and on. With her record of lies and deceit I'm sure she will soon be touting the benefits of rat poison as a dietary supplement. DEP has no integrity left at all, they have deceived so much that the public no longer expects the truth from them. Please just take your cheap 70s pink dress Ms. McDumpy and go sit in your office and do crossword puzzles or something else that will keep you away from doing more harm to this state until we get a Governor who will replace all the industry polluters that have infiltrated DEP. Yes this comment may be harsh but no more harsh than a parent watching a child die because Ms. McDumpy believes that material that contains mercury, arsenic, cadmium and 100s of other toxic substances "is beneficial". A lie is a lie even if it comes wrapped in a cheap pink dress. Just google Georgia and the word sludge to see just how beneficial the toxic mix is and how Ms McDumpy has and continues to deceive the people of PA. And yes this comment is a bit off topic but not really, DEP has been telling nothing but dam lies for so long why should we trust them on any issue including the safety of dams which have weathered storms for longer than DEP has been helping to destroy the environment in PA.

Rep. Argalls dam paid for by the taxpayers in which is his privavate lake for his family for fishing. Millions of taxdollars while people in the Ringtown Valley cannot even drink or cook with there wellwater and children bath in farm chemicals. K. McGinty should vist the cemetaries to see the tombstones in John Deere Green. Ethanol made from the blood of the dead oxygen depleted babies now powering tractors in which is tax free. Pennsylvania is # one in water pollution thanks to Agriculture. Making taxpayers foot the bill to filter out nitrogen and phosphoorus out of sewage plants while rural areas like here are left for dead. Its a waist of windmill power to run water filtration units. Disgraced Pennsylvania.

Why don't these municipal authorities (water and sewer) charge their customers who drink the water and flush the sewerage a sufficient rate to pay for upkeep? Why do we the taxpayers have to subsidize their infrastructure? They are not contributing to me drilling a new well or replacing my septic field. I'll wait for an answer Ms McGinty.
