Let him in. It seems he's making every effort to comply with requirements enter legally after having been deported. Isn't this part of what Amnesty's all about? And humanitarianism? Aren't those two 'Liberal' traits?
However - ensure that he leaves once the funeral and the wake is over. No more 'overstaying'.
The law is the law, but there are exceptions and the law can be bent for good cause. So long as it isn't broken (again), there should be no problem.
It's his son.
He should be allowed to say 'goodbye'.

OMG!! This is this man's son who was murdered with two others, he needs to say "goodbye" to him.He will never forgive himself if he doesn't at least attempt to follow the USA's rules. The USA should allow him to bury his son, they freakin' allow prisoners to attend funerals who reside here.

Two babymama sisters and their combined broods living in da 'hood, old house burns down.Illegal marries, breeds an anchor, divorces, marries again, breeds another anchor. He was caught in the U.S.,voluntarily submitted to deportation;that doesn't make him some friggin' pargon of virtue. His choice to reproduce, knowing he was in country illegally.

Life is full of choices. He must live with the consequences of these choices. He was deported for a reason. There may be facts we do not know, but the immigration service does know.

Children of illegals are NOT US citizens. Only our neo-Marxist DC politico rulers sloganize this Orwellian deception.

Daily Horoscope for May 26

Capricorn

Someone is awfully pleased with themselves today and it's probably you. You're perfectly justified in patting yourself on the back and feeling proud of what you've achieved. Leave it at that and don't be tempted to draw anyone's attention to your achievements by bragging or boasting about them. Right now it's better to retain a modest silence and let them discover your talents for themselves.
