If this a**hole likes to watch fires so much, they should chain him to the inside of an abandoned building in Allentown and let him watch the fire from the inside!!

he has been fascinated with fire for a long time. I went to school with him from elementary thru when he moved out of the district to a new district he was fascinated with fire back then already. And I thought he would have learned his lesson and gotten the help he needed back in the late 90's when he was caught before and served jail time! As soon as I heard about more arsons in this area he was the first name that came to mind.. But I figured it couldn't be him as i'd thought he'd have moved on with life since then! then when they released the name i was not really surprised.
