If any mail from the damaged boxes is found in the Juveniles possession it is a federal offense. Even if they don't have stolen mail it is still vandalism. You wouldn't be saying that if it was your box.

Hmmmmmm.....sounds like a little "mailbox baseball". These kids should have to repair and replace every one broken or damaged. Then take them to court.
