Should I go to prison for more than 10 years because of POT

I was charged with special offender because I had guns in my home but no live plants actually growing. I am now a card holder. my trial starts in November. Yes I have a public defender but not expecting much. Im gonna fight this till the end. Aurora police you suck! From the guy with the mustangs.

They did charge me with cultivation and distribution. 3 felonies in all. Im not a felon now and Im not about to start by taking their plea deal, its all or nothing. Live Free or DIE!!!! Any comments would be appreciated THANKS And If ANY potheads would like to go to court with me and show their support let me know. I really could use all the support I could get. Their is more to this story than what I can post here, But, Hey this is mandatory prison time Im facing here. Thats a very long time for just a marijuana related offense. Please weigh in on this urgent matter

Can't you get any neighbours or friends to speak up for you . In the UK marijuana is overlooked if it is just a small amount for own use if it is for health problems such as pain etc etc . Unless you had massive amounts of plants then I have no idea. Speak to your neighbours and friends or if you work ask your boss to speak up for you. IF NOT then just tell the judge you are so dam sorry and will never do it again. I don't think I am helping much am I but that seems a horrific jail sentence just for a teeny weeny bit of what you call pot. Hope it works out okay for you
