Bizarre sightings of yellow, white and blue lobsters are becoming more common

When a 100-pound shipment of lobsters arrived at Bill Sarro's seafood shop and restaurant last month, it contained a surprise - six orange crustaceans that have been said to be a one-in-10-million oddity.

$4.99/lb down at the docks yesterday. Regardless of the shell color, they all turn a nice red after boiling...

I've personally seen at least 3 blue lobsters (not just blue speckled, but blue, like that picture), and 1 orange lobster here, at Kroger.

Now, if they can get to the land of the ignernt azzed Rednek ("For Sell" signs are common here), how rare can they REALLY be?

Where did you catch the crabs?

is their color different because of something they ate that may be harmful to humans?

Many retiles' color means they are poisonous.
