Shut the hell up you just barely started comeing around and it's kinda too late i mean he's a grown ass man already, great parenting coming in and out of his life. and you don't know anything about our mom n dad, my dad raised him as his son we didnt even know he was our half brother until a few years ago so stop trying to act like everyone else is bad and what are you talking about neglected??? Our parents treated us all the same if anything he was treated a little better cause he's the oldest. So grow some balls and tell the truth that your a shity father and you rarely tried to get in touch with my brother until like 20 years later. LIER

First I would like to say that I feel for all victims involved in this...The person that was murdered, the suspect or if you may the convicted, the parents that lost a son and the community that had to endure this incident...THis is directed at Louis...I understand what you are communicating about the struggle you had with your sons mother but it's nothing that a court system could not have taken care of...also if you thought that he was spiraling out of control you could have sought custody of your son...As men we have to take responsibility and accountability for our actions...I will not sit here and bash you but as a counselor you should know that people would have these kinds of emotions and responses after you posted...I too have a gang banging background but I am now a Licensed Marriage and Family THerapist specializing in adolescent behaviors...I also have a son that is in that stage where he can struggle with the influences of others...I work with him weekly to make sure that he has the right influences(ME AND MY WIFE) as well as running checks on who his friends are...YOu stated that you wanted to be in your sons life well right now is the time to put in the work...He needs you more than ever....Therapeutically speaking there is always time to mend a fence you just need the tools to begin...FOr those that are taking shots at this man what are you doing to make your community a better community...Are you PUTTING IN THE WORK that is necessary to help these children succeed in life and not fall into the gang banging element?..I will not brag about myself but I will say this....I take time out each week to provide free tutoring to inner city youth as well as 3 free therapy sessions to parents and children that are in need...We need to stand up and take control of these streets and let the kids see that they have avenues other than gangs...This young man will pay the ultimate price within the court system but what about the next child that we see heading in that directions...someone posted that Louis Jr. had other run ins with the law...Well if you knew this what did you do to pull him away from that life?...we are so quick to point fingers at others but we really should point it at ourselves at times....Louis Sr. I know that you are hurting but now is the time to take a stand...Reach out to the victim family and begin a crusade against gangs and violence...I will now jump off of my high horse and wait on the responses whether positive or negative
