Yeah, she stayed on just long enough to make sure they built that craptastic new school out on the highway, then ditched. Cool for her how she screwed up her government job then got a better one at Purdue. We taxpayers just keep giving her a better lifestyle. Cool.

@laydownlarrt, "the sorry thing," meaning that ridiculous Cornfield Central Grade Skool? Prairie Crossing, seriously? Why not just call it "Intersection School"? Yeah, it didn't take no "few months" -- the smart one wished it wasn't there before it was built. At a public meeting they disclosed that it would cost ONE MILLION DOLLARS MORE to build that sorry thing in the middle of nowhere, rather than in Fowler where they ALREADY HAD THE LAND PURCHASED. SO what did they do? Someone with friends on the school board had some land he or she wanted to sell at crazy inflated prices, and Oxford didn't want the school in Fowler. So that's what they got. Oh, and about their claim that the kids are as safe as they would be if it had been built three blocks from the Fowler fire station? Oh yeah? First semester in operation, they had a fire alarm. The place could have burned to the ground before Fowler or Oxford firefighters could get there.
