Your kids are free from what, Melanie? A positive parental influence? Living in a sanitary house? Clean up your Act!

What are you talking about, "The Truth"? How could you not feel horrible for this woman? How would you like your head to be beaten with a 48" riot baton?! Just because you're fat and ugly and your husband doesn't love you anymore, doesn't give you the right to critisize people based upon information that your brother tells you. So be quiet. Kay?

Okay, from an ex family friend, close source..what good mother smokes weed, abuses crystal meth, and has guns in the presence of her suicidal teenage daughter? Is that good parenting? Nope. No it is not.

Oh, you mean the same daughter with the 3.9 GPA? The same daughter that has been in high honors for the past 3 years? The same daughter that's in all advanced classes this year? If she were suicidal, I don't think she'd be so well off and successful with school. Just because she dresses and acts a little differently it doesn't automatically mean that she wants to kill herself. As for her mother, sure, she's made some mistakes, but you haven't? She doesn't abuse crystal meth. There's no way that she could have passed that drug test had she done that. Plus, I'm pretty sure that the police and the judge know what they're talking about. They wouldn't have handed over the custody of two children to a drug abuser, would they? No, of course not. So get your facts straight, please.

Funny how Melanie can only pass drug tests when she has advance notice that they're coming. And your daughter's academic achievements despite your parental neglect are to HER credit, not yours--she obviously inherited intelligence from her father's side of the family, since it's quite apparent you barely scraped through [I'm so] HIGH school. Perhaps Melanie Kayser should focus on her own recent criminal behavior—DUI (drugs and alcohol), two separate charges of driving while her license was suspended for DUI, and stealing specialty food from an allergic child (with drug paraphernalia in her possession)—instead of obsessing over old news. As you well know but choose not to admit, your ex-husband was acquitted of all assault charges from this incident, as the jury unanimously agreed that he acted in self-defense to avoid being murdered by you. You have NEVER taken responsibility for your own actions--you disgustingly play the ‘victim’ continually, when the real victims are your long-suffering children. Due to police incompetence in not searching the car, it never came to light that your [then] six year old son was sleeping beneath newspapers in the backseat the night you were caught drunk driving, and YOU LEFT HIM ALONE on a cold January night in that filthy POS hoopty without saying a word to the cop so as not to implicate yourself as the horrible mother that you are!!!!!! How bad does PRISON taste, Methanie? You deserve to ROT in there!!!!!!!!!!

Do you know what your doing? Regardless of your opinions of Melanie or of parenting, your allowing a 14 year old child to read your offensive comments about her mother. In time and of age she will learn and make her own decisions but for now it is not your job to introduce Melanie's child to the real world any more then she already has been. You speak of being a good parent well maybe you need a lesson in being a reasonable adult when it comes to a child's ears.

Amazing that someone would actually defend this loser. God only knows what went on in that house with the kids there. It's like a commune. Different people living there all the time, cars and trash all over the place. Flying up and down the street on their quads (not really theirs, the serial numbers were found to be ground off when the police confiscated them). Hopefully the house will be foreclosed on and a nice family will move in there

My comments ARE offensive, but unfortunately they are TRUE. Even you did not refute the statements I made--you merely took exception to the possibility that her daughter ‘might’ see them online. I happen to think that living in the ‘halfway house’(as Chalfont PD refers to it) at 151 Pennsylvania Avenue is much more ‘offensive’ than anything the daughter could ever read online. One does not have to be a parent to know what the wrong way to parent is, and I can say without hesitation that allowing a registered sex offender to live in the house with your children is WRONG. Keeping loaded guns and Schedule II narcotics accessible to children is WRONG. Spending every last penny of child support money to pay for your own drug habit is WRONG. Chain smoking of legal and illegal substances around your children (including an asthmatic child) is WRONG. Stealing your daughter’s identity to scam prescriptions, etc. for yourself is WRONG. Perhaps YOU need a lesson in how reasonable adults should behave. I don’t have 137 criminal charges pending against ME.

I knew and was very good friends with Melanie growing up. We grew apart after high school and when all of these things began to come up I distanced myself from her because I didn't want my kids exposed to anything bad. I feel sorry for her and hope she can overcome all this someday. But for now, she has to pay for all the harm she has done to herself, her kids and the community.

Friends of ours looked at Melanie's house when it was up for sale. Is a stripper pole in the bedroom a sig of a good parent?

The house was foreclosed on in june and my husband and I are doing our very best to purchase it and raise our son there. It's such a nice home, that just needs a little love. God willing, the banks will allow us to buy it and give it the love it needs.
