Attorney General Alan Wilson told The Associated Press on Wednesday that 53-year-old Richard C. Cooke of Lake View pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges related to his operation of 6 nursing homes in Aiken, Bishopville, Fork, Florence, Kingstree and Fountain Inn.
