Homosexuals are definately mentally ill. I am not sure exactly what you would treat them for, but they are definately messed up in the head. Being gay is a choice. A choice of a lifestyle. For some reason homosexuals think its it's cool or hip to be gay. That couldn't be farther from the truth. To have sex with a person of the same sex is not only disgusting, but morally and ethicly wrong. It's also one of the worst sins a person could commit. It's plain as day right in the bible. As far as I,m concerned if your living a homosexual lifestyle and you die your going straight to hell.

Based upon natural history, Homosexuality is abnormal behaviour. However, as the Human can make complex decisions, some correct, some not so, those that choose to have sex with the same sex or even small animals are doing it voluntarily.

I believe, in 99% of the cases, Homosexuality to be a choice, not a genetic predisposition. At least so far, no gene has been found that "Causes" it.

But if you choose to be one, quite like most Hetrosexuals, keep what you do in the bedroom to yourself .. because, what I do there is none of your business, nor is what you choose to do any of mine ..

The concept that it is a mental illness has been outdated for quite a long time now. Attempts to "cure" it have resulted it doing more harm than good. Get a clue or at least catch up to the current times.

I'm gay... I can tell you that I had my first boy hood crush on another boy in the fifth grade. Just like a boy would have a little crush on a girl. It was the same for me. While due to how society makes this issue such a problem for us I didn't come out for many years later.
I think some of my "gayness" comes from genes, a sexual misfunctional family (insest runs in my family, although I never done it), lack of a male figure, and an over bearing mother. These are all factors that I think has influenced the way I am.
I can tell you that I fought my sexuality for many years with no success and eventually gave up. It's not a choice. You can't choose your family dynamics, or your genes.
I tried, it doesn't work.
