Winona / Woman admits tying up goat

One of two people who transported a spray-painted goat that had Brett Favre's number shaved into its sides admitted Monday that she tied the animal up and locked it in the trunk of her car.

A propensity for poor treatment of animals has been linked to a propensity for poor treatment of people.

And yes, perhaps it is "just a goat," but it's sentient, like my cats, and, like my cats, should probably not be scared out of its wits (which I'm assuming it was). Just not nice.
