Maybe a book should come first.
A whole lotta movies are based on novels.
So any writers out there?
Something better get started...

The best person to write this- is someone who was there 24/7, for only they would have insight and sensibility such a book requires.

There are so many potentially good stories. One could be told through the eyes of a Jane Doe - from childhood, through traumas we know about, to the present day - hopefully as an instructive narrative on overcoming. The foundation was an escapist bubble for some - a place where we could run from the responsibilities of adulthood and the stresses of the world - life was good in the bubble for some - there's another story, perhaps told through the eyes of a runaway teenager( one of us). Another potential story could be how the foundation served as a temporary stopover for someone ready to give up on life - on how the unique lifestyle of the foundation shaped or changed their outlook.

How about a collaboration? I was never a member, though a certain OC seemed to delude himself into thinking I was a member by default.

A collaboration would only lead to a used rag of a documentary type story, "as told by". Someone just needs to harness the inspiration and write. They've got the material.

bluestreak ... did you drive a blue/grey Dodge Dart or Plymouth Valiant - about 62-64 vintage?

... just a feeble shot in the dark. bluestreak doesn't sound like the Lee I remember - thought I'd check anyhow.

That's ok, sometimes Bluestreak refers to gives himself in the third person! He's funny that way!

I've found an author that would be more than capable of rendering an accurate retelling of our stories. The author has many years on the inside of the foundation, as well as proven writing ability. If we can show some serious intent and willingness to be interviewed, the author will pick it up.

Anyone interested in participating in possible future interviews for the book's content, send some contact details to:

squibcan@gmail.com

P.S. I'm not the author, nor am I conducting the interviews. You don't have to reveal your ID at this time.

... there's no catch. I just really think this writer's style would do our stories justice. We discussed various story ideas. I pushed for a compilation of our own personal recollections, within the foundation bubble ( so to speak ) i.e. personal adventures, foundation lingo, humour. In other words, how we might recollect scenarios between ourselves, without getting too preoccupied with the foundation's more sinister side.

I should have added to the PS' in my previous post that I have no financial interest in this project.

A tad too cloak and dagger so far for me, to be perfectly candid.
