ARKANSAS DEMOCRAT-GAZETTE Posted on Tuesday, January 6, 2009

A judge has set a hearing for Thursday on the Arkansas Department of Human Service's request to have a video recording of an interview with a 16-year-old member of the Tony Alamo Christian Ministries removed from the Internet.

The recording was made at the Children's Advocacy Center in Texarkana, Texas, on Sept. 21, as part of an investigation into allegations that children in the ministry have been physically and sexually abused. In the interview, the girl, who is now in foster care, denies that she had ever been abused. Last month, the video was posted on the Google Video Web site by the operator of the Web site, FirstAmendmentRadio. com.

At the hearing, the Human Services Department will ask Miller County Circuit Judge Jim Hudson to order the girl's parents, Richard and Debra Ondrisek, to ask that the video be removed from the Internet. The department cites Arkansas Code 20-78-106, which requires that material compiled in children's advocacy centers for sexual-abuse investigations be kept confidential.

Debra Ondrisek has declined to say whether she provided the video to the Web site.

Deborah Ondrisek DID admit to providing the confidential material... Former Member, please post that link here.

Angela Ondrisek's parents should BOTH be charged with interferring in a Govt Investigation, Acssessories before, during and after the fact. AND PIMPING their minor daughter out for sex!

If they are NOT prosecuted for at least the most offensive of these crimes, I will ask the Arkansas Attorney General to investigate these Courts!

On a pdf link on the First Amendment Radio they supply a letter written by Debra Ondrisek on Dec 16, 2008 stating to Tom Friess:
"I'm sending some papers from court and news articles...."
"You may view the DVD and show it to others."
It's pretty obvious that Debra had no concern for her daughter's confidentiality.
She also sent pictures to post on the internet to Friess of many of the other Foundation children, without consent of other parents who are no longer in the group.

Arkansas Code 20-78-106. What is the penalty for violating the requirements of that code. And where did ondrisek get her hands on the video from. And Friess did not obtain permission from the Courts to put that video on the internet, obviously. Call that child hating bastard in for the hearing also.

I think I'll go ask him about that on his blog.

It's in one of the articles on Tony Alamo news. It appears as though their attorneys handed it off to the Alamos, to someone connected to the Alamo joint for their side of the case. When asked about it, the attorneys never returned the phone call so were not available for comment.

It's still under investigation as to how Debbie Ondrisek ended up with the DVD. And that's right, that letter, the court documents, the photos and the DVD could hold her responsible for leaking out information.

Justice, I am still not quite clear on why the video wound up on the net. It doesn't seem to me there was anything to gain by doing that. It was very confidental info and very few people had access to it. Also, I don't really see how it would help Tony's case (if that was the intention) by leaking this confidential info.

Probably will be in the news. But because there is a minor involved, they're pretty careful about what they release.

You just never know, it is possible that the Ondriseks could be prosecuted for leaking out that information to the public.

The 16 yr old girl kept the party line in the video. She had her training and preparation down pat. She answered every question exactly how she had been prepared and taught, even tho she knew it wasn't the truth. Lying to the Devil is so commonplace in the cult, she could parrot the lines w/o thinking.

Remember, this was the first day in custody, right after the recovery. She seemed to be different later at court, spoke briefly w/ the Ondriseks, told em good bye, wrapped her arm around her DHS Mom, and asked if she can go home now.

The cult members deceivingly believe that this tape will prove w/ her trained parroting that no abuse ever occurred to anyone in the cult. They are mistaken, and far too dense to realize it means nothing. Only what happens in the court room will have any bearing.

Funny, out of all the 36 children recovered, the alamo's could only post one early interview on the internet. The cult members have no respect, and more importantly absolutely no understanding of normal process of law in the world.

I predict Debbie will say that she had no idea she was breaking the law by following tony's orders and giving the tape and court papers to Friess. And she will be telling the truth.

3rd graders have more and a better understanding of the law than these deprived, controlled and brainwashed culties. They will do anything alamo tells them, w/ no regard to the law, and no desire to research and understand what laws they are breaking.

All they think in their mind is that tony told them to do it. If they don't do exactly everything he says, they will burn in hell. The Government, Law Enforcement and every non cult member in the world is part of the Beast, the Devil's kingdom.

It is better in their minds for them to break any law, suffer whatever consequence, even death if tony calls for it. Because they think all that matters is obeying alamo. And that will get them into Heaven, no matter what happens to them on this earth.

Hence, you see absolutely no regard for the welfare of their own children. To the cult members, it would be better if their children were to die, than to disobey tony and not make it into heaven.

I don't think it (leaking the video to the public) will hurt the case. If anything it will show that the parents refuse to comply with court orders. The interview was from the day after Angela was taken into custody.

That's been over 3 months now that she's been with her foster mother. I'll bet she's more forthcoming by now.

As far as Tony's case, his goose is cooked in any event.

Debbie is working feverishly, and foolishly to keep Angela from talking about what really goes on in the cult. And telling the truth about alamo's sex w/ her underaged sister, and the ritualistic bloody beatings.

They must really fear that girl talking. In some weird perverse mentally deranged thinking, they prolly feel that by making that video public she will be disqualified as a testifying witness. A cultic pre-emptive blow. Batten down the hatches, hide all the children, nobody get's out.

True, that limited visitation time she has with Angela could really be torquing the kid's head. I doubt the visitations are unsupervised though, so how much coercion or pressure could Debbie be applying?

Also, she is getting a glimpse of the real world now. Hopefully and prayerfully she will begin to open up a little more. Like you said, they really fear that.

The visitations are monitored, w/ no discussion of the cases allowed. And very carefully watched for hints of cultic pressure. Altho DHS is not fully experienced in the deceitful machinations of the alamo cult mindset, they are experts at dealing w/ the tricks of abusive parents in visitation w/ their abused children.

Debbie can only use subtlety to imply on Angela what the cult wants. This can be as discrete as body language, tone of voice, inflection and emphasis of certain familiar terms, pleading eyes, facial expressions and stern looks at certain points of conversation. To reinforce the training of 16 years born and raised in the cult.

I be sure she is acting nicer now to Angela than she ever did in the cult. No way she can compete w/ the volunteer DHS Moms. And she most certainly can no longer slap her in the face.

The longer Angela stays out of that cult, the better chance she has of breaking the rigid training and mental hold of the cult. A chance at a free life of her own.

No way life in the cult can compare to how well she is being treated now. Like an actual person w/ rights, and the freedom to use her own mind. And a family that shows true love to her.

".....The machine guns with lasers were pointed directly at my two daughters; my older daughter is twenty years old.

We live in Texarkana, AR, and my daughter had been visiting her older sister in Fouke that afternoon when the raid occurred......"

Debra, Debra... what does your bible say about giving false testimony?

Mtthw: 19:18 "...Jesus said, thou shalt NOT bear false witness"

Prvbs: 19:5 "A false witness shall not go unpunished, and he that speaks lies shall not escape"
(note: it does not say "Lying to the Devil is NOT a sin!!!")

Deut: 19:15 One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.

** There are many many more than 2-3 witnesses against Tony Alamo. Don't you believe your pastor is a man? Do you believe he is without sin? Only Jesus was without sin. Jesus was God's ONLY begotten son. ALL OTHERS were born unto sin and are subject to sin... all their days on earth until and unless they make it to Heaven.

All these children do not have any reason to lie about Alamo. According to you and them, they had a PERFECT life in the cult.

Yeah, I'm sure DHS is onto all of that body language stuff and monitoring closely what is said. Hopefully, Angela's eyes and mind will start to open when she sees the big contrast and discovers the real world isn't so bad after all.

I hope that (now she has an opportunity to see for herself) she will discover that there are lots of wonderful Christian people out here in the real world who are not isolating themselves from the rest of the creation, and that one CAN absolutely, positively live an overcoming Christian life out here in the world. Hopefully, the blinders will begin to come off. We will be praying to that affect anyway.

This circumstance and situational dealing has to be most difficult for Debbie. In the cult, she had absolute control of Angela, daily in every fashion. What she could do, say and think. What she could wear, eat, where she could go, who she was allowed to speak w/ or not speak w/. Angela was forced to obey her every whim and command, under threat of severe penalty.

Such a different life now for this little one. The exhilarating actions and freedoms occurring in this young girl's mind, I would find most fascinating. I can't imagine the battle, the pulling. The demonstrative emotional highs and lows experienced.

As she discovers an entirely new way of life, never experienced before. Yet the fortified encroachment of cult and familial possession. The Ex members who were born and raised in the cult, now escaped, would be more qualified to have a much better understanding of these workings than I.

If I was one who studied the mind, I would pay to be involved in this scenario. It is in many ways like being born, into a world she had no impression ever existed. What an invigorating, enlivening, exciting and breathtaking experience.

Debbie will attempt to re-establish mental control during the visitations. Carry herself as master, control converstation as before, demand total subservient respect and obedient mental oblation. Cut off her sentences that displease her.

At first meeting, she will purvey a niceness she believes mimics Angela's new Mother. But quickly dive into the old ways. Subtle as a cat hiding for a mouse, assuredly to pounce.

But it will enrage Debbie inside to see change. A losing of her total control as Angela discovers herself in freedom. Who knows, if the Judge decides as he should, to put Debbie in jail for any number of violations w/ her boy Friess, the tables may turn.

And it will be Angela visiting Debbie. Behind bars w/ an orange jumpsuit fashion statement. Who da boss now? Who be's in control of their life then. Never underestimate the power of a teenager w/ the freedom to find her own identity. The process is rough enuff on good parents. Cultic controllers stand no fricking chance.

And unless they stop placing their cult leader above their children, proven only by testifying truthfully about him, they deserve no chance w/ those precious little one's lives, imo.

Let me understand this. So leaking the video was thought to help Tony's case. I am not sure but, I believe whoever was given access to the video was informed it is confidential. I would be almost certain this was discussed. From what your are saying the confidential nature might have been only implied without discussion and whoever leaked it would be able to claim they could put it on the net if they had it.
If the mom did it I would find that strange. Let's say your teenager was taken from you. Would you really want to post your daughter's (or son's) interview on the world wide web? Even if you are in a strictly controlled environment, like the foundation, second thoughts would rise in your mind. I am sure there have been been custody disputes with foundation members in the past. Did they leak info to the press? Not that I recall. This is unprecedented.
