City Council rejects two claims for damages
The City Council is rejected two claims for damages of at least $1,375 that were filed by two out-of-towners. Jeannine DeNardi, of Millbrae, filed a $1,375 claim against Foster City because there were no signs at Edgewater Park warning visitors to 'park at your own risk' when she was there in June.

No "Park at your own risk" sign? Really?
Unfortunate for her and I would have been upset. But I recognize it as something called "life". And if "life" is too treacherous, you can PURCHASE specialty insurance if yours does not cover such incidentals.
What a waste of time & resources.*Unbelievable from the very start*
