Foster City's revenue problems accelerate as budget talks resume
A structural deficit of nearly $2 million that was expected to begin during the 2011-12 fiscal year will now commence in July, City Manager Jim Hardy has announced.

Yes I remember the east bay city where near Oakland had a large number of senior citizens, that cannot pay property taxes. The impounding of properties and jailing of person in elder years.
The city just has to find another way to fix the budget, a state pension for government employees is a luxury. Especially if those persons finished college, smoked, alcoholed, sexed,.. the other group didnt. I can tell you the advise of 'so what if your parents go bankcrupt, to finish UC','so what if I get pregnant' keeps coming up.

that 'so what, better you' .. is now walking around in a lab coat to police badge. think of thier parents, do i care, no YOU made those children.
