San Mateo-Foster City students may have lunch-money blues

With the cost of food rising at historic rates, the county’s largest school district may have to charge children more for school lunches.

The San Mateo-Foster City School District board of trustees on Thursday will consider hiking lunch fees for elementary school kids from $2 to $2.50, and from $2.50 to $3 for middle school students. The price would be double what it was just nine years ago. Full Story

Can the student that finished graduation classes show up at 9am? or leave at 11am? Or is there a parent problem at home?
