Big rig with sleeping truck driver hit on Foster City highway
A man sleeping in the berth of his big rig truck on the shoulder of State Route 92 in Foster City escaped serious injury after a box van hit the side of his trailer.

it is better that the big rig truck has parked, not on the highway but in a side street of non-resident areas, like the commercial area. unless it is a total urgency the driver cant move to a side street off the highway.
