120-unit housing complex proposed for former San Mateo police station site
Two developers have submitted a proposal to build a 120-unit housing complex on the site of the former police station, setting the stage for a potential standoff with neighbors worried the new tenants will create too much traffic and take their parking.

Is there a request to make the area more ''water conservation'' and ''energy conservation''? Including street lights that turn off automatic when sun is up?
Is there a request for accomodation of newer hybrid vehicles, electric cars?
Are you all paying for a 'log cabin' with an attached out-house?
Does it have CableTV-Internet, xDSL?
How about solar powered water-heaters? Is the water-heater or home-heater in a cold garage?
