He increased the number of police officers? Somebody better double check the facts on that shell game. Dig a little deeper Paul Eakins and you'll see those are not the facts. Just more political hot air that strikes at the core of the ethics of some of our politicians.

Foster must be living in denial if he thinks that today's electorate will rubber stamp his candidacy. Mr. Foster what exactly have you done to make LB a better place? The pay raises you presided over mean you are not suitable for public office. Being run by employee unions is no longer a direct line to office.

I want him to outline his "accomplishments" because I sure haven't seen ANY. He needs a serious dose of reality. How is this city any better since he took office? My vote will be another NO. I just hope his opponent will be someone compenent not just another political puppet do-nothing.

Give the Mayor some credit.

He alone kept the most cold hearted Union Operative in City Hall from breaking the City's agreements with the Hotels which motivated the Hotels to invest in Long Beach and made our Convention Center viable.

If Foster had not had the stones to use the power of VETO to keep Bonnie Lowenthal from destroying the City's ability to attract further private investment we would be in even worse shape.

No one is perfect but if we don't elect some decent Democrats the diabolical Gangsters who run as Democrats will destroy the City without giving it any more thought or consideration than learned to expect from Bonnie Lowenthal.

there are apparently no decent democrats. They are all big spending and owned by unions.

Foster better come up with a plan b for infrastructure and water quality or he is done.

Well, he did support the awarding of municipal salary increases in the face of a budget deficit.
That sure hasn't helpled matters. I wonder how he is going to handle the next round of city-employee union negotiations.

Last week, Obama's AG said Americans were Cowards.

He must have been referring to the today's pitiful, Los Angeles Democrats who think some thing like Villar is plenty good enough for Los Angeles.

No he was referring to people like corrupt prosecutor Tom Reeves. Talk about Rubber Stamp. This man will sign anything that lands on his desk. No reading required. Sign, arrest, convict! that's his moto. No due process, not in this corrupt town.

Foster if you want our vote, you'll do an overhaul in the Prosecutors office starting at the top with Tom Reeves and his ADA Sharon Panian, the police stalker.

Be very careful about deriding Foster. We must not let any more viciously destructive fascist progressive animals who call themselves Democrats to infect City Hall.

A mostly honorable Democrat Foster is about all that stands between the citizens and the far left maniac Democrats whose goal is a drastically diminished, bankupt, jobless future for mostly Democratic Long Beach families.

Look around. The City is only about two more heartless, soulless, relentlessly unpatriotic Progressives away from Civil War in many Long Beach neighborhoods.

We best take a deep breath and throw all of our support behind Bob Foster and thank our lucky stars that the Union didn't pick another wild eyed lunatic.

If the Unions installed another of Bonnie's ilk the City might never recover.

Has anyone stopped to notice that Foster may have a little bit of an "eating problem?" Might it be because he's so stressed out from day to day, that he might be using fast food as a drug? What if he couldn't overeat every day? Would he still be able to function?
I don't know if voting for a man who's a Big Mac away from being under his desk in a fetal position is the best choice for our upcoming road of trials.
Just an observation some of you deep thinker's might want to think about.

Foster's administration lost 20 million dollars, and the person under him who did it was not fired.
In fact, nothing at all happened to her after gambling with city money.
Now is your chance to let him know how you feel about his style of government. If his office losing 20 million dollars with no repercussions is the style of government you like, you should vote for Foster.

Be careful Long Beach. Those who want Foster replaced probably have another vicously anti citizen, cold hearted Union Operative waiting in the wings who won't even pretend to care about the City's ability to function.

I still think L.A. voters are even stupider than the Long Beach voters who rewarded Bonnie L. for being the most irresponsible politician in City History. That whole Union/Peace crap should have disqualified Bonnie running for any Office ever again. Too bad ethics, character, and integrity are of so little value these days.

Foster is not cold hearted, emotionally and spiritually bankrupt enough, or anti American enough, to garner State Party support. You have to be an animal who will sell your Soul to run for higher office in this State.
