Re: 5-25 LBPT letter "Watch for children, ducks"
Was the driver required to stop by a traffic light or octagonal stop sign for this duck crossing? If not, the fact he did not stop, does not make him "reckless or irresponsible." Ducks, like many animals, are small and easily out of a drivers vision.

Children need to be taught to use traffic lights to cross. Perhaps a crossing guard needs to be used at the location you are concerned with.

Poor ducks. I'm sure it was intentional. People can be mean and evil.
