Fortuna Police hires officers, receives grants

Two new officers and two grants have increased the Fortuna Police Department's forces with the hope of making the department more efficient.

Maybe the sarge ant who wrote the grant proposals should receive some credit....and maybe just maybe the officers new and old will learn the proper use of the drager tube breatalizer which does NOT measure BAC but VOC of ones gums and mouth and maybe just maybe the FPD will learn how conduct proper rape investigations and not blow the investigations off as "nothing happened in this jurisdiction." I speak from experience and in God do I trust an pray that the new hires are not vindictive former high school bullied men wanting subconscience revenge.
