hi anyone know barbara e winters? well she is scam artist and uses men and their money and ditches them. she use to live@305 fortson road and then because she was arrested for misdeamener criminal tresspas moved to 540 mountain hill road and now has split again. she violated court orders by going onto 305 fortson rd property many times. if law enforcement officer in hcso sees this i know because i bailed her out she was arrested@0130 on aug 23,2008 .

Barbara elizabeth Winters -hurridly moved out of 540 mountain hill road to avoid the HCSO of finding out she violated her court order and evicted a honorable discharged IRAQ WAR VETERAN and split after taking all his money and kicking him to the curb.
