Don't say "nothing excuses his actions." You do NOT know what his actions were. Have some respect and keep your opinions to yourself.
Excuse me, but I thought the purpose of this forum is to share our opinions.

So I will share mine with you and agree with others that his actions are inexcusable. This was his 3rd arrest. He killed someone this time. He really showed his respect, huh?

He will be judged by a jury of peers and on ALL the TRUE facts of the case not just the ones the media portrays to make the story interesting. And no one said anything about letting anyone out of jail... have some sympathy 2 lives were lost that night both to careless mistakes. And YES I do know all the facts of the case so I can make that statement. All people do is judge these days. What if that was your kid in jail or your wife dead on the street right now. You tell me what you would be thinking or even doing. Im by no means taking the driver's side but you should not make remarks when you know nothing of what really happened.

He will be judged by a jury of his peers, which means one of us could be on the jury, which means we can judge him. I hate that dumb argument about he who has no sin shall toss the first stone. In that case let everyone out of jail. So you see we can judge him on the facts that are laid out before us now. And we will give our opinion and I suggest if you don't want to hear our opinions, then don't navigate to this page. Just as a side note...a mandatory blood test would not have prevented this.

Well the 36 year old passenger who was married and had also been drinking should of known better than to let a 21 year old kid with previous arrests drive... Respect no...Where the hell was both of their brains that night. She drove a lexus call a damn cab...His actions were inexcusable but they were both at fault for the wreck!
