Need help if you were in Fort Worth in 2003 (Oct/Nov)- PLEASE!!!

This is going to sound strange but I've been presented with a mystery, a bizarre event that supposedly happened Nov 2, 2003. The day the first troops from Iraq returned home if that helps ring a bell. What I'm talking about may have appeared supernatural even. At the very least, it was incredibly strange. Did you see anything? I have accounts from the airport and a nearby hotel. Many people witnessed what happened but few have come forward. This would involve a 'mystery man' who seemed out of the ordinary...especially bizarre is an event at a pool (supernatural) before law enforcement arrived. Perhaps if any of you know FW police officers you could ask around? This man would be unforgettable.

There was a drowning at the Water Gardens a few years back.

Was this an apartment pool, house swimming pool or what?
