Bank sues American Airlines over refinancing bid
A trustee for investors owed more than $1.1 billion for notes secured by aircraft is suing American Airlines over the carrier's plan to refinance the debt at lower rates.

Doesn't this bank know the rules don't ever apply to American Airlines? That is why tey have to poor employee relations between management and labor that they have. They can do what they want and the rules never apply to them.
