No I don't know him, but I do know his exwife and kids. His side is crap. He took money and didn't use it correctly. Simple as that. Where is this business he was starting? Good people can turn bad-GREED does that. Money the root of all evil.

FORT THOMAS, Ky.-- A financial adviser from Fort Thomas is accused of running a fraudulent investment scheme, and his alleged victims are his own family and friends.

A federal grand jury in Covington indicted 46-year-old Donald Huber Thursday on two counts of wire fraud.

Investigators say Huber got money from investors between November 2006 and December 2008 to cover start-up costs for a business venture called Aquaduck Swim School, LLC.

Prosecutors say he used that money, more than $470,000, for personal expenses, including his mortgage, credit card bills, vacations, and loans.

Huber has not appeared in federal court yet.

If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.

The ex wife is just as guilty. Neither one of them had jobs for YEARS.. where did she think all of the money was coming from to support their lifestyles? Give me a break..

I don't plan on rotting in hell for my comments...sorry "joke". Sometimes the truth hurts.

Might be a great dad, father...but obviously he is having some serious issues with money...and it involves the courts.

These days many people are having serious money issues that involve the courts. Things are not always as they seem. Anyone can accuse someone of anything and go to court. It does not mean they are guilty. We all need to open our minds especially in these tough times and stop judging others. You never know when you could have money issues or have someone accuse you of something that you did not do.

We all have money issues, but they don't necessarily involve the LEGAL SYSTEM. Not all of us are INDICTED by the courts.

I'm not saying he or others are guilty, that is a court to decide. But unlike others with financial issues, he has the public courts involved...and not in a good way for him. Go figure.
