NM Driver's License will offer protection for victims of violence

Announcement this week by Gov. Bill Richardson and First Lady Barbara Richardson of a state program providing confidential driver's licenses for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault signals further protection for those victims, Luna County Sheriff Raymond Cobos and Deming Police Chief Michael Carillo said.

How about protection from fraud Fat Slop Billy Pork? How about a driver's license that is not given to illegals? How about the Rule of Law, fraud garbage air bag?

Also, I doubt that the govt folks running these offices can be relied on to protect anybody. After all they were caught giving dl to illegals and corrupt individuals.

Anybody now who listens and believes in this vile trash of human being billy should really have their head examined.

So what does this comment have to do with the article? This is something to protect victims of domestic violence, there is not need for snide remarks.

It was meant to bring attention to the lack of integrity in this state. And, sorry Lady, I wouldn't trust the state of new mexico dl offices in helping to keep MY identity safe from a potential abuser. It is a false sense of protection. Snide? In your book it is snide. As an X-security expert I don't need a drivers license to track someone.
In fact I don't or ever use a DL to track people.
Or an S.S. number.
So this special DL is a waste of money and time.

Did you know that after Jan. 1, 2010 the airlines will not accept a driver's license from New Mexico for I.D.? I had to get a copy of my birth certificate just so I can board a flight. The D.M.V. said this is not a priority. Nothing makes any sence anymore in this state.

I was talking about snide remarks towards domestic violence victims, yes you do have freedom of speech but little bit of decorum would not hurt in a situation like this.

The problem with that logic is - it isn't new.
Minorities have been hating whites in NM for centuries and look what it's got them. The worst schools, the most drunks, the lows paying jobs, weak and disrespected universities and overall a feeling of hatefullness passed on from generation to generation through disrespect and jealousy. The educated and affluent minorities don't harbor these feelings. Quite frankly, it really isn't a minority issue so much as a financial issue. But go ahead and hate whites, all it will make you do is hate whites. It won't make it worse for whites, it will simply alienate them from haters like you and in turn isolate you even further. Think of that as you go home to your rented trailer tonight. Open up a 40 and scoop some beens onto your plate as you wonder what kind of fancy wine those north side gringos are drinking tonight with their rack of lamb.
