A.)Well it seems that wal-mart needs that intersection lights after all but leave it to walmart or the city or who ever in charge of it to come up with an excuse that they cant put a one up or they just wait till more lives are lost at that point its 55mph on that stretch of road NO ONE can turn at 55mph at walmart either reduce speed limit or get some lights out there.
B.) The driver had nothing valid? license? insurance or anything yet I am willing to bet it all, he drove around town and passed a few officers on the way and none noticed... point being made here is that people have to die to fix common sense!
Personal note: I knew her a bit and apparently she didnt like me when I was growing up, but im still here...(open to your discretion)

You must not have known her very well she trusted everyone and gave everyone the benefit of the doubt she never said anything bad about anyone. Why didn't she like you if you don't mind me asking? I'm sure she had good reason? Will you say who you are?
