In Fort smith the cops have been allowed to have sex, on duty, in a patrol car, in a public setting, with a subordinate dispatcher. Punishment: 2 days off

The State Troopers are held to a higher professional level of conduct.

Not exactly, the trooper was just too stupid to keep his zipper shut until his probationary period was over. I am sure the FSPD will put him right to work.

He is a perfect fit for the FSPD. You would think the FSPD would have a policy in place to terminate cops who have sex on duty. Especially in a taxpayor company car That is common sense

Why would you think that FSPD would have a policy in place to terminate P.O.s who have sexual intercourse on the job? It's just like a smoke/snack/potty break...just takes a minute and yer done...lol (Imlmao

Bad thing is he tried to break it off, she got mad and went and turned him in! I wish her name was posted as well, if she had a job they should fire her too. Not saying any of it is right but should be same consequences for both!

A. Before entering upon their duties, all members and officers of the Department of Arkansas State Police shall take oath as now provided by law for public officials.
B. Any violation of oath shall constitute perjury and upon conviction shall be punished accordingly.
Getting your hand caught in the nookie-jar and then coming up with the,“ I was on Break” excuse means he was not only an idiot but he violated the oath.
She on the other hand was not bound by an oath in fact she was just a private citizen who pointed out that the trooper was violating his oath.
We are well to be shed of the lying peckerhead.

She pointed that out AFTER he put his hand in her nookie-jar. She would've had more integrity if she had pointed it out before it got that far. Hello? ya know, if she had really cred for him.
