No about the electric moo...that guy has offered K2 in recent weeks and has lots of adult magazines that show girls too young to be legal. Please get them out of our community.

Wow, the police can't bust meth labs, ticket people with no insurance, but they have the time and taxpayer money to spend god knows how much to rid the streets of van buren of k2.

way to go police...its about time we get these notorious drug lords that are wrecking the streets and making us lose are kids to the gangs. I appreciate all the hard long hours of investigating this criminal mastermind. Oh and while this investigation was going on, a rape, two homicides an attempted murder on a cop by a murderer-rapist that had a warrant already for rape yet the cops knew right where to go to get him AFTER he raped and murdered AGAIN. but dont think about that citizens....sleep well knowing that crazy earls has been brought to justice for selling herbal extracts that "mimic" marijuana. great going cops, so proud.

Once again, a complete waste of tax payer money all because something was demonized by a parent who had a child get hold of it. They should ban paint, gas, and anything else as well that kids can use to "get a high".

If you think the war on drugs is making you safer you should read this http://www.cato.org/pubs/wtpapers/balko_white...

What will you do when the jack booted thugs "accidently" break down your door serving a no-knock warrant and kill you, your wife, your child, your dog?

By the way you have no recourse when it happens and are not even entitled to an apology. Stop the militarization of our police and reinstitute Posse Comitatis. The war on drugs is the biggwst threat to our freedom and liberty that we have ever faced

Prohibition is a failure. Lets please end the madness for the sake of our great nation and its free? people

What a complete waste of time and money. If we have enough police to preform undercover drug raids on synthetic drugs, we are spending too much money on the force.

I'd rather read about meth labs being busted instead of our local collectables/smut shop.

All hail the nazification of our police. Heil Hitler. Long live the Fourth Reich. We need to give the police bigger weapons so they don't even have to go in to a "suspected" drug users home and can just destroy it from the curb. Wrong house? Oh well there is always collateral damages in war and we are all willing to sacrifice our property, lives and family for a false sense of security we get. Lets kill all of the drug users and suspend the bill of rights. Then we'll be safe.

i think it was plain crazy for them to ban k2 if people want to buy it and smoke it then let them its there choice but i dont agree with kids or teens getting ahold of it because its like cigarettes they id you for you to buy cigarettes and it should be the same for k2 if they id you and you dont have id then they should not sell it to them if they ask you for a id and you show them your id then they will sell it to you its just that simple

This is just plain ignorant! I know that Ft. Smith banned K2, but I think they should be doing something else with their time other than harassing some old man that has ran a profitable business in Ft. Smith for as many years as I can remember... People are hungry and want work and instead of trying to help boost the economy in this town, they want to put more people in jail... That isn't good way to create more jobs!

Oh sir you are sadly mistaken. The federal government has put a bounty on its citizens and pours billions of dollars into the war effort every day to support its judges and lawers and soldiers and concentration camp gaurds. All you have to do is sew on a swaztica and start spouting propaganda and you to can be working tommorow. It even comes with special perks like access to military grade weapons and permission to shoot and kill innocent civilians with impunity.

lets be a little real. we wasted months of undercover work and thousands and thousands of dollars to bust a old guy for a Misdemeanor incense charge. we have crack houses and drunk drivers and even teachers sleeping with students and we send all the states money and resources on hunting down a 500 dollar fine misdemeaner person ???? Really know wonder we want to replace all the current elected officals.

Question: How does "Chris," the first post, know what kind of magazines the MOO sells? I know how he knows, he's been reading them.

The worst part is that he will not even be convicted. Their is no test available that law enforcement can use to prove that what he is selling has cannabinoid in it. His lawer will stand up in court and say prove its K2 and when they can't the charges will be dropped.

I guess the next step is to ban the sale of all types of incense just because it might contain an artificial cannabinoid. Just like we did with hemp. Hemp has pretty much no THC but was banned because it shared the same genes as the sativa variety which could be used as a medicine.

This is ridiculous. Do the police not have anything better to do than chase 'incense' dealers? There's a major meth problem in this city, a drug that destroys lives. There are illegal immigrants everywhere. Yet the police are wasting time, effort, and taxpayers' money trying to put away a guy selling incense that people choose to smoke. Why doesn't the city ban cigarettes? Those are far more harmful than k2 and marijuana. Oh wait! Tax dollars.

What's bad is the cities are getting sales tax money from the sale of these incense too. Yet these religious zealots are still running around like a bunch of headless chickens trying to arrest people because this product is smoked rather than drank.

Prohibition destroys lives.

I knew I forgot something. Don't forget their newest industry "Rehabilitation". This is one of their greatest gigs. First they arrest someone for possesion of cannabis then since the person has a job they divert them to the drug courts who give them two choices "Rehabilitation" or jail. Whats even better is that now they turn around and use it as a statistic in their propaganda... "People volunteering for treatment for addiction to cannabis at an all time high" Obviously we need more treatment centers. Well who is going to pay for them? Why these nasty criminals of course. SHEAR GENIUS
