Lock 'em up and throw away the key!!
If the charities keep feeding and enabling these lowlifes, we'll shoudl expect more of the same.....That's a fact.....Go ahead, build 'em a campus, then remember I told you so.........Or give em a one way outbound bus ticket the moment the hit town.....like in the old days....Give em a choice get on the bus or go to jail.

Drugs and Alcohol messed-up my family members, lucky it wasn't me. The makers and sellers of this shit should do hard time. The victims of the drug pimps should get a second chance, after that more stringent deterrents when their actions negatively affect other people.

Decriminalize some substances and provide medical help to get them straightened-out. The problem lies with the impact drug abusers have upon non-users, especially family and children.

There is a neighbor who is over 100 years old who is caring for her greatgrandsons as a foster parent because the two parents of the boys are still too messed-up on drugs even after abusing the kids.....No mercy, man. Who knows what effects are upon the kids for their future that we will all be forced to live with.

If these morons are addicts and were or are using this drug.. then I believe they should be sentenced to drug court, AFTER they are sent to a rehabilitation 'in-patient' clinic so that they can safely detox.

When they are out of the in-patient detox center.. then order them to the drug-court program. If while on the drug-court program.. they mess up again... THEN.. and ONLY then.. do I believe that they should be punished by jail time.

Prison/Jail doesn't do anything for these types of people. Jail/Prison, IMO, is for the murderers and rapists.
