No arrests will be made, it is legal! BEWARE..It it nothing like real marijuana! It was made to react with the brain similarly to marijuana, However The dangers of it are beyond our comprehension and the most obvious example of this is how the spice works on our brain similarly to marijuana to produce a high, while working the opposite way on our cardiovascular system, increasing blood pressure and heart rate. Stick with the real stuff!!

The Federal Analogue Act states that any chemical substantially similar to a Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substance is to be treated the same as a Schedule I or Schedule II substance. This includes prohibiting the manufacture, sale, distribution, possession, or consumption of any such chemical. The Federal Analogue Act only includes such chemicals that were intended for human consumption. Thus most of the chemical packaging will say "not for human consumption" in order to get around this law. If the synthetic marijuana's active chemical compound(s) can be proven to be substantially similar to the substance that it is supposed to imitate, then that certain compound and its medium are thereby considered Schedule I substances. For further reading, I suggest looking at the case USA vs. Damon S. Forbes, in which the legality of a supposed DMT analogue is questioned.

So id its so bad why can't they make it illegal to sell it. Even if they can't charge them at lest close it down. I know a few people that keep buying it and selling it just like weed. This stuff has changed how they act. Changed it for the worse
