To the person in the red Chevrolet extended cab truck that has been road hunting lately, including tonight just before dark, near Redfield, I have your tag number. If I see you in this area doing this again, I am calling the cops.
good luck

If the sheriff won't do anything, call Fish & Game Commission. They enforce hunting laws.

BS,a handicapped person can only hunt from a vehicle on private property not from public roadways.

32-931: Handicapped hunting and fishing permit.(a) Whenever a disabled person is unable by reason of physical infirmity to hunt and fish in the normal manner, the secretary may issue a handicapped hunting and fishing permit upon receipt of the fee prescribed pursuant to K.S.A. 32-988, permitting such person to hunt and fish from land or water vehicles, but such permit shall not authorize any person to shoot from any highway, as defined in K.S.A. 8-1424 and amendments thereto.

Gravel roads are included.

Statute 8-1424: "Highway" defined. "Highway" means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way publicly maintained when any part thereof is open to the use of the public for purposes of vehicular travel.

Do you have a name? I would love to know who it is. It's ridiculous. We are worried they are shooting towards our house.

If we lock up all the road hunters in Bourbon County, who is going to father the next generation of road hunters in Bourbon County? The sick and lame road hunters that are confined to nursing homes can't get out and hunt anymore. Are we allowed to shoot chicken hawks from our open window at Medical Lodge? Who killed all the deer in Gunn Park? Its getting hard to find one after dark. At what rate of speed is the shooter most likely to hit an 8 pointer from the passenger side pickup window with an open sight? Deal with sensible questions please!
