There is no real "infighting" in this situation. What there is, is a diocese bishop, Bishop Nicolai who for good reasons, has been asked to vacate the diocese of Alaska by the ruling Synod of Bishops so an inquiry can be conducted into the many charges against him. Bishop Nicolai has refused to leave or accept any responsibility for the hundreds of complaints against him by his own clergy and people. Bishop Nicolai's disobedience can only end up badly for him in suspension or being defrocked.
