There is a carlot in the Fort Polk area who financed a car to this awol soldier(Dayton Nietzel), it is a 1999 yellow ford mustang with custom wheels...it has been into a few fender benders and is parked somewhere, it was towed due to having a sticker on it from sitting somewhere it shouldnt have for too long...if u are the carlot that this car belongs to, let me know and I will give u more info. I know he is behind on payments and he had no insurance. I want to help you get your car back.

If the car is financed through someone that carlot won't want it back. The bank who has a lien on it will. Like I said in your other post. Call the police. No one reads these.

I would like any info you have on Dayton Neitzel with regard to his being AWOL or any other criminal activity. Also any form of identification to verify we are talking about the same person.

This isn't the place to be finding random people to give information on others. You have no idea whom you are talking to. The bank is the one who owns the car not the dealer as the dealer has already been payed. This sounds like something that isn't really your business. If he's AWOL he's AWOL and thats him and his commands issue. Any financial things that come from that is on him and those he owes.

If anyone is looking for Dayton Allen Neitzel, he is still in the area of Branson, Missouri. I live on North Mandolin Road in Kirbyville, Missouri (a few miles down the road from Branson). Dayton was lived three units down from me, but (thank God) he just moved. Dayton lives with Rebecca Lynn Blackstone, and two other people. I think they are Darren R. Neitzel, and Smanatha J. Post. Dayton has repeatedly been in trouble with the law in Missouri (in Howell, Shannon, Greene, and Taney counties) mostly for traffic offenses, but more recently, for shoplifting in Springfield, Missouri. Dayton was busted on Jan. 20, 2013 for shoplifting at the Walmart on South Campbell Road in Springfield, Missouri.

According to the report: Dayton attempted stealing a BIC lighter, Duracell batteries, sleep wear(?), KY Jelly, KY "Intense," and a necklace. Dayton could have served 30 days in jail, but plead guilty and paid a $1,000 fine. So, he got a suspended execution of sentence (SES). For anyone that's interested Springfield, Missouri is in Greene County.

Here's a web site that might prove helpful: http://missouri.arrests.org/Arrests/Dayton_Ne...

Be sure to tag Dayton's mug shot, and leave a nasty comment. Dayton deserves it! He is a loser.

I forgot to add that Dayton is on one year of probation for the shoplifting offense, but he only has a couple more months to complete that sentence. Come Jan. 20, 2014, he may take off again. Who knows?
If the Army is still looking for him, or anyone else for that matter-- I'll be happy to help any way that I can! You had better hurry, because Taney County issued a warrant for Dayton's arrest for failure to appear in court on Oct. 28, 2013.
Dayton is the biggest asshole that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, and I would like to see him answer for all of his misdeeds.

Here's another helpful web site:

https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/base/welcom...

Do a "Litigant Name Search" for Dayton A. Neitzel, and you will find his offenses in Howell, Shannon, and Taney counties. Howell and Shannon were in 2011. Taney county was on Jan. 4, 2013.

The Springfield shoplifting offense went through the 31st Judicial Circuit Court, and they don't participate in Case.net .

Update on everyone's favorite scofflaw/petty criminal, Dayton Allen Neitzel:

According to Casenet:
https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/cases/searc...

When last we left our zero, a warrant for his arrest was issued on 10/28/2013 in Taney County (Missouri) for failure to appear in court on a traffic offense for Driving While Revoked/Suspended- 1st Offense { Misdemeanor Unclassified RSMo: 302.321}.

The warrant stayed in effect throughout the month of November, and the court clerk's office contacted Dayton on 12/2/2013. Dayton stated that he was aware of the warrant.

Dayton appeared Pro Se in a hearing to have the warrant for his arrest pulled on 12/3/2013. Dayton was successful to that end and the warrant was entered into the court record as being pulled on 12/4/2013. A court date was set for 1/21/2014 for Dayton to answer the traffic charge.

Dayton appeared on 1/21/2014, withdrew his "not guilty" plea, and entered a "guilty" plea. Dayton was fined $300 +$116.50 court costs for a total fine of $416.50.

The issue was official entered as settled on 1/27/2014.

Like the Johnny Cash song says: You can run on for a long time, Dayton, but sooner or later God'll cut you down!

I'm sure I'll read about you in the newspaper at some point in the future.
