They ended up with some surplus because they ended up generating some revenue by taking over STJ's busing, by the teacher's association freezing their salaries for the next two years, and combining other services such as food service. Also, stupid, Board Members aren't paid. Be thankful FPCSD is in such good financial shape - take a look at & read the reports on some of the other schools around here! Nice try, dipshit!

This is money that the board hid so that the employees were gaurenteed the benefits that the state says the tax payers have to pay. the board is not paid but the board is run by spouses of the staff that is paid. So the board does get paid indirectly. The tax payers voted to lease buses to put in our 7 million dollar bus garage. Now we are to use this money to buy buses. Not lower taxes since we are the highest per assessment in the valley. Something wrong up on the hill. Vote no and let the board lower our taxes.

Read my post from the other day to get accurate info. The Board can't hide money- they are audited yearly. Keep trying- you haven't made one valid statement yet!

Sorry, Jon, but you are incorrect. Everything I posted is fact. The money that ended up as more than what is allowed to be kept in reserve can only be used in certain ways. It can not just go back into the regular fund & be used to lower next year's levy. Educate yourself- do some research- whatever. I forgot that on top of generating revenue from taking over some of stj's transportation, the wage freeze by the teachers, & combining the food service dept with other districts, FP also had an increase in building aid that they weren't expecting. These are all GOOD things, you idiots! Don't you WANT your BOE thinking of creative ways to save/generate money?? Unfortunately, some of these things didn't show an impact until after last year's budget was prepared & voted on (BOE can only prepare their budget on what is GUARANTEED), and so when the yearly audit was done, it was noted that there was more than the percentage allowed in reserve. It's very simple, really.

Now there is two people that don't know what they are talking about. No matter how you put it they are still keeping money they are suppose to give back to the tax payers by lowering the tax rate neat year. Sounds like you must be some of them over paid teachers from the school.

Ummm yeah. You're wrong again. Re-read. Read the reports. Attend a meeting. Inform yourself. They can't use the surplus (again, gained by your BOE seeking out ways to SAVE money and by other unexpected gains like teachers association freezing salaries for two years & increase in building aid) by putting it back into next year's budget. It has to be spent, and can only be spent in certain ways dictated by the State. You are wrong, no matter how you try to spin it. Move on. You're making a topix fool out of yourself.

Thats when you cut a hole in the bottom of the popcorn bucket and stick the boner you have in from the bottom. We she reaches over for a handful....surprise!! Snake in the popcorn. This gag works great with skinny chicks if you want to watch a biyatch storm out of a theatre. Or with fat chicks if you want a greasy handjob. Of course gay guys will eat out of the bucket like its a feed bag if the find a snake, so be careful or they will make you gay.

Yo Sam... They prepare a budget, you vote on it, they use it. Duh. What do you think they so foolishly spend on (over $5,000) that wasn't in the approved budget?
