To pose a question on Topix about the quality of a business or the legitimacy of an organization is one thing, but these endless queries about individuals are nothing short of a witch hunt. Some things are just not right and this would be one of them.

.......... By-the-way ... I visited the beautiful and quaint little village of Altamont, New York on Thursday.... The place (village) is as lovely and as charming as it ever was.... My wife and I stopped by the "Yarn Shop" on main street there.... It is very nice in there, as are the two young ladies who own and run it.... Also, we went on top of the hill to Pleasant Valley Road.... The gift shop up there is just like going to a fine arts museum.... I have known the owner (who is just wonderful, and highly educated, she speaks Six Languages), and have shopped there for some two (2) decades now.... We dropped (spent)$1200.00 dollars on a few pieces of "Herend" fine China to add to our dinnerware collection.... What a wonderful day and experience we enjoyed !

.......... "THE OVERLOOK" of which you are speaking and asking is about Five (5) miles away in Thacther Park.... It is about a Ten (10) minute leisurely automobile drive away.... And Yes!, it was very beautiful there on Thursday.... It being a work weekday, there were only a few retired people (like my wife and I) there to enjoy the day, and the view.... It was very relaxing and calming.

... Norm
