Were do i begin first off yes it truely is a tragedy she is soooo loved and such an amazing person who would do anything for happiness....they are calling her passing a suicide....but those of us that kno and loved her knew she couldnt do this....i think she was trying to scare the wife and it went wrong...she wanted the wife to take her love more serious.....only when the wife finally did come outta the bathroom instead of helping her she sat back and watched ridding herself of a marriage she didnt want from the start....she was never fully a lesbian and that would have always stood between them....just like so many men between the sl-ts leggs ...she may not ever be charged w/ any involvment in her death but in all of our hearts we will all kno she truly is to blame....so unsure of what hurtful words she could have spoken to her to make her feel she no longer needed to be here w/ us today.....

I never called Cheyenne hopeless. I said it is hard to believe that SOME PEOPLE could believe their life was hopeless. And you call bullshit on my WHOLE statement because I find it hard to believe that someone of Duncan's size could not physically have hung Cheyenne? I stand by that. I do not believe that someone the size of the Duncan girl could physically carry that out. But, I do hope that if this girl did do anything that caused Cheyenne's death, that she is brought to justice and that her punishment is severe. But there is also the possibility that she had nothing to do with Cheyenne's death. Anything is possible really. I know that it is hard for anyone to believe that their family member would take their own life but SOMETIMES it happens. And SOMETIMES the family just has to accept that. I am not heartless... I am so very sorry for the whole families loss. I knew Cheyenne when we were much much younger in grade school. She was always a very happy and fun-loving girl with an infectious smile. She will certainly be missed by a lot of people.

So you are saying that you and other family and friends believe that Cheyenne did hang herself but was hoping that her wife would find her and save her? Basically, that she did it for attention or to prove to her wife that she loved her? And you are now blaming the wife for something that Cheyenne did? Words and just words and yes, words can hurt people deeply. So deep, that some do commit suicide. But you can't hold the Duncan girls words accountable for Cheyenne's actions.

I'm Cheyenne uncle. My sister told me about this. I never had a chance to really meet Chey. But she did commit suicide. That came straight from my sisters (Cheyennes mother - Natalie) mouth.
And to my understanding, she was proud of who she was. She wasn't ashamed to be a lesbian. And quite frankly, I believe suicidal thoughts run through our family, as I've faced the thoughts myself.
Nobody knows what was on her heart, nor in her thoughts. Nobody knows what happened for sure.
We can only mourn the loss.

I talked to my sister Natalie. I remember because I was in church that Wednesday when she told me. I remember that because I told the preacher to pray for her family. Why don't you ask your quote unquote 'mother' if she ever talked to me?:)
