The reason aromatase does not prevent cancer entirely! is the fact that uncorrupted testosterone has to be present in a any cell in order to allow correct mitosis, and the correct release and activation of IL2 growth hormone. note when IL2 is present at an incorrect reproductive cycle of a cell, then over growth of the cell occurs! conversely when no testosterone is present in the cell, we therefore have no IL2 so therefore no cell rejuvenation or mitosis takes place, so wasting occurs as in leukaemia and HIV etc! Note; corrupted testosterone if not de-estrified by esterase will not in many cases be able to enter a functional docking upon receptors! corrupt testosterone also corrupts the action of estradiol by distorting the angular inversion of the molecule therefore causing direct cell mis-transcription, therefore producing oncogenes, that at the present time only drugs similar to herceptin can control to a certain extent

an injection that is used to treat breast cancer tumors that contain abnormal abnormal cells that have far too many receptors for testosterone/estradiol

telomere erosion and lack of free testosterone contributes to the normal aging process during the telophase in both meiosis and mitosis in a eukaryotic cells. corrupt testosterone can cause the daughter cells to invert and mirror copied incorrectly causing telomerase to indefinitely profligate/propagate the cancer; this is why we need a vaccine that will block registration of corrupt testosterone esters, thus giving chance for new healthy cells to flourish and become dominant once again thus eliminating the cancer cells!

If your immune system has to learn a new trick, ie is subjected to administered interferon, T cells are activated, when this occurs testosterone levels goes down to a minimum level! But soon recovers in 24 hours!
However this gives time to lower telomerase levels, so that drugs like herceptin can be given, and can be much more effective! If a drug or vaccine is given to block docking of corrupt testosterone esters, metastasis type cancer could be eliminated!

Note when HER2 oncogene produced proteins are produced in breast tissue, then this is a sure sign corrupt testosterone esters have docked and transacted, producing faulty mis-trancripted STAT signals, which cause on-going corruption of normal cells, thus cancerous metatasis proliferates, until interrupted by inhibitors or surgery is chosen by the ‘consulting physician’ it seems as though preventing corrupted testosterone from docking would help a great deal and hopefully lead to the demise of the cancer;
