if you are unfortunate enough as we are to have a young red neck couple living across from you who could care less about the federal amplified noise act,or even simply being a nuisance and damaging themselves, and their children as well as us physically, and mentally then you must live within DeKalb county Alabama.
But there exist Legal recourse of which we are about to take with the assistance of specialized recording devices which record sub-woofer.
We're up near Boots Ville Gap.

move get out your invading there privacy. They were probably just trying to be nice it was probaly loud because they wanted you to enjoy it too. Now you want to turn loud music into a federal crime? You need to drink a six pack and relax.

not what I want what it is the federal amplified noise act, plus state and local nuisance laws, invasion of privacy, where one persons rights begin anothers stop, federal right of association, federal private rights/ways,we were here first-caselaw-USSC-"comin g to the problem or the problem coming to you" they came to us thus herein lies standing per the USSC,consider also Old you know like 81 years old sickly people perhaps your parents trying to relax, or at night sleep and do to these individuals noise they couldn't,however after a conversation with the Sheriff and signing a Legal statement of complaint this problem has for the moment stopped.

Sounds to me like some big city folks that read up on every law they can so they can find fault with somebody.

My husband an I moved here after retiring from our jobs. We had visited the area and thought it would be a good place to live, people seemed nice and it seemed a slower pace of life. Well, we moved and I am so regretting it. People here are so rude especially when they realize you arent from here, and most of the people here are so backwards it is unbelieveable.

Rudeness plain and simple. Redneck is not the correct word. People like that are TRASH. There is a big difference. My people are from Opelika. The comments to your comment are all just BS. GO have a beer with people who act like animals is not appropriate. The only thing people like that understand is HURT. Beat them hard, very hard....Hurt them...those assholes will stop bothering you..Gauranteed..
